The quotation provided does not included any additional cost or fees such as parking fees ,fines , congestion charege,toll motorway fees,and ferry fees , these expensive will be responsibility of the customer and not part of the quoted price.

We advise that you book as soon as possible to secure a driver for your move.

We cannot guarantee the driver will have space to allow you to travel in the van with them. Please contact the driver in advance to confirm space and availability.

Yes! If you require more people power then please speak to your service provider. This will be an additional charge that they will arrange with you.

Finding the best price is up to you. If you are looking for the lowest cost move, we recommend that you select the 'no help needed' option when you are looking for quotes.

Yes you can, but you will not be able to book; and prices may change.

All of our drivers are experts in moving things. When moving your items they will protect your items with blankets and straps to ensure that they are safe on transit.

No, you do not personally need to be present at your pick up address; however, you will need a friend or family member over the age of 18 to be available.

The best way to prepare for your move is to ensure that everything is packed and ready-to-go for when your driver arrives! Then sit back, relax, and let the professional movers do the rest.

Yes, all of our vans come with at least one driver. We do not currently have a van hire service, however some providers may be able to offer this. Please contact the driver directly for more information.

Simply book with us and you are good to go! If there are any additional documents to sign your driver will provide them on the day.

Yes! We understand changes may occur between the time of placing your booking and when your move is due. Let us know using Instant Support and we can help with making any amendments.

We offer a 'cooling off' period one hour after booking where you can cancel your booking free of charge. After one hour has passed from the time of placing your booking and you wish to cancel, our cancellation policy applies immediately. You will not be refunded any monies that have been paid.

Whilst home surveys are not a standard procedure with Fast Man and Van, the driver may be able to arrange a survey with you directly. You are able to message a driver directly from the Quotes page of the website.

No, we cannot store items in vehicles overnight. This is due to the fact that if items are stolen we are not accountable for theft.

Sadly we do not provide moving boxes at this time. If you require boxes, you can always request some to your driver. This will lead to additional charges.

This is up to the driver! The majority of our drivers will come with equipment to help dismantle and re-assemble your items. If you require this service, then you must specify this to your driver in the description box which can be found under the vehicle images on the My Move page.

If your driver needs to use a ferry to complete your move, they will ask for additional charges on the day.

No VAT charges are added to your quotes, this is because all of the drivers on our platform are self employed and incorporate any overheads into their pricing structure.

If you are booking a man and van in London with a pickup or dropoff location within the congestion charge zone, an additional £15.00 for the Congestion Charge will be added to your quotes.
